Manual shot blasting

Blasting is one of the most effective ways to treat surfaces. It is used to scrape, matte, clean, remove scale or other dirt from various surfaces, but the main application of blasting is to prepare steel surfaces for anti-corrosion coating. Our company uses an automated blasting line and a blasting chamber where steel is cleaned by hand.


Automatic line feature:
  • maximum dimensions of shot blasting structures 18 m. length 2 m. width and 0.4 m. height (18x2x0.4)
  • blasting speed rail 1m / min
  • surface roughness from Sa1 to Sa2.5
Features of a manual blasting chamber:
  • maximum dimensions of shot blasting structures 11 m. length 2.5 m. width and 2.5 m. height (11x2.5x2.5)
  • surface roughness from Sa1 to Sa3
